Bad Product

I submitted return with website and had to report and HSA form 8889. When reviewing return I noticed the doubled the amount that was contributed to the HSA. Contacted them and took no responsibility for error in software. First they stated I must have entered information twice, which is impossible, and stated that I go back and re-enter information. I went back to website and deleted form 8889 and entered information again and its software again doubled the amount. Contacted them again and then they stated that return was already accepted by IRS and I would have to file an amended return, which cannot be done online and would have to be mailed. Went to irs website and amended returns take months to process and now I will probably be screwed out of any refund money if any for months and all because of 1040.com bad software.
