Witnessed much abuse,inspectors turned blind eye
I've been to many livestock auctions; turns out many animals are abused and dumped, or abused while on the site. I saw a big guy kicking the crap out of bottle calves when they didn't get out of his trailer fast enough.
Some Mexicans had a dog; they used scissors to cut his ears into points like Dobermans. When I notified the inspectors, they said, 'Not my business.' Really, maybe someone should shape your body parts with scissors!
Put me in charge of these heartless abusers; what a sad place to go. I was depressed after each auction.

DO NOT SELL YOUR LIVESTOCK AT 101 LIVESTOCK AUCTION IN MORILLTON/ATKINS ARKANSAS
This place is a complete RIP OFF-DO NOT even bother bringing your animals here-You WILL NOT get fair bidding OR a fair PRICE Brought 13 goats-Auctioneer did not even try to solicit bids and sold all animals to one buyer at one rock bottom price-Spoke with Manager who said that I could get my animals back and void the auction-He then asked me to COME INTO HIS OFFICE BY MYSELF WITH HIM-When I refused to go into his office He then would not get my animals back and threatened to call the police when I persisted-Tried to bully and intimidate me because I am female and was by myself. IS THIS THE TYPE OF ESTABLISHMENT THAT YOU WANT TO REWARD WITH YOUR BUSINESS? Look elsewhere for more reputable establishments-This place is a good old boy rip off that caters solely to cattle and treats sellers of other livestock like Dirt.DONT BOTHER BRINGING YOUR ANIMALS HERE TO SELL-IT IS A WASTE OF TIME
I, Have done business with 101 livestock for over 20 years without any issues, I usually check the livestock market report & get an idea of what my animals will bring, given the age & condition of any animal. & yes you should have went into his office with him rather than keeping others involved.

I guess that is why they were forced by a USDA Agency to pay me for their "so called innocent mistakes" after I sold Black 500-600 in calves there and watched them sale in the crowd but when I got my check it stated they brought a different price then after bringing it to the owners attention and hours later he escorted me to the parking lot and told me that he was not going to do anything about it and he got in my face and told me never come back I was causing his customers to question their checks when two other sellers were questioning him on their tickets stating that their records were wrong!
They are crooks and USDA made them cut me a check for the difference several weeks later by mail that I have as evidence so tell me that I am telling a lie and you will end up in court! The only excuse offered was that one of my calves that sold must have lost his sticker so they just made up a price for over $150 to their advantage on my check and never mentioned it to me at all!
(RIGHT). Mr. Knight you are a CROOK and what happened to the others you screwed that were complaining that their paperwork was wrong? Nothing, because I am sure they did not bother to file a complaint with the USDA-GIPDA that regulates sale auction barns!
I will sign my full name and offer proof to anybody the details of your deception!
My full complaint and their findings after a formal investigation are a matter of public record. I don't sell anymore cattle at 101 Livestock auction or buy at Blackwell Arkansas--Jay Stell
Beef Cattle Sale is the worst!! Check out all their COMPLAINTS that were filed and founded for deceptive cheating!
Folks are crazy to deal with this barn!
All the rumors are right on target! If only more people knew how they screwed people over and justify it because it makes them money and cost you.
