I have contacted the company three times. Customer service always state that their boss is unavailable. I also went to better business bureau.
Customer service stated if they come out to check the battery and it's ok, they would charge me $99 for the service call. They wanted my credit card number to hold. They didn't have anybody soon enough to come to my house. I went to have my battery checked and found out my battery was ok.
Because service from 1800battery was not needed, $99 should not have been taken from my credit card. I have been trying to get a refund, but I have been given the run around.
Customer service stated that their records show that they refunded my $99. I haven't received it yet.
