I have been calling about isdues with my service since 4/7/14 they said a tower was down and they were working to get it fixed I spoke with a managrr David on 4/9/14 who said I could gey credit when towets were fixed I pay $3 a day I received a credit of $5 and was told no other credits were due I was not able to call 911 I dont see how it is ok for them to just take your money like that
