After a 2 month delay on my items, one of the sales representative contacted me regarding my late order as well as with a store credit for an item they would not be able to obtain.

During those two months I sent countless...emails. POLITE EMAILS!

I waited and waited...and waited some more. Yes, the website says that sometimes items are not available and sometimes you will be given store credit...but it took them 2...read it people 2 whole months to tell me they couldn't get those items to me. They do not have a call center, so you can't go at it that route in case you need assistance or have an inquiry about your order.

In conclusion, please think twice when ordering from YourEyesLie.com The name says it all.
I will never, EVER order from YourEyesLie.com. Now they have to face the bank, since they refunded me the order. I don't feel bad for them.

Another way to contact them and get answers is through their Twitter and Facebook pages...for that matter ANY social media they are on. Post question and complaints on their pages...Facebook should have a rating button for every company that has a Facebook page. These people would have a -0.

BUYER BEWARE! I placed my order about 2 months ago and still haven't received my items. I have already sent them several messages and have not received a reply. I would strongly caution anyone from buying stuff from these shady people. :(

I too have been f**ked around by by this company. Countless emails over 3months, and any emails I did recieve from them where in shockingly poor English. Basically it was very unclear what the lady was trying to communicate. Will not be using them ever again.

Yes, the guys did not know that there are some companies especially in London. For us, the Western world seems to be a role model. Well this even here in Russia, I have not seen.
Order them a bunch of things and then they have a site for two days rose. Then they restore it and my orders were unpaid at the payment was made through Pay Pal. I wrote two angry letters but no reply. Plan to open a Pay Pal claim.
Who knows in the United Kingdom there is consumer protection agency may be worth sending a complaint? Let produce verification of the company.

UPDATE**** I received my order!!! It took about 2 months but i DID receive it. The emails and order status were confusing and it took a LONG time but I did receive items, this website is NOT a scam! The items were absolutely fabulous :) :)

so,my 15-20 days passed by after ordering from your eyes lie so i opened up a dispute with paypal ..literally the next day the package came in... I got worried after reading all these no shipments and months of waiting.. maybe i got lucky but I got my package so everything is okay on this end with Your Eyes Lie.

-pissed off customer waiting for my pair of jeans that'll never arrive! so i did a claim on paypal hopefully they'll refund my money!

ordered some stuff at the end of November, the money has been taken shortly after and it still says 'processing' :( snd looking at this page it looks like there are even more victims! i have filled out a trading standards form today and am waiting for a response to hopefully get this 'business' a warning that they actually have to dispatch orders and reply to emails in good time.

My order has finally been dispatched! it was sent from Thailand.. on the Facebook page: "From London we design and then manufacture ourselves awesome printed leggings, tees, dresses, tops and skirts" i am quite concerned as my order has also hasn't moved on the tracking number website..

i have ordered from them. i never received anything. sent several e-mails. never got any answers. it's been about 3 months now. this is so frustrating. i am never ever buying again from them. i wish i had seen all this before! now i can't even open a claim with paypal because it's been more than 45 days :(

I wish I would have seen this page before I ordered from YEL. I've been waiting for a month now and my order continues to state processing. But, wait you happily took my money that certainly wasn't a problem :( . Now I'm sh*t out of luck with nothing. I have emailed them several times in December and January. I finally recieved a reply that my items will be on the next shipment which was almost 3 weeks ago. Too bad that they are a European company with no coustomer service number.

I emailed asking about my order again and received a reply within hours
"Hi

We apologies for the inconvenience. We're dealing with our shipping agency wand waiting for tracking number of the shipment. However, your order has already been shipped. You should be receiving tracking information within this week.

I ordered two items on January 1st, their website said it would take 2 days to process so when January 13th rolled around I emailed asking about my order #. They responded the next day saying my items would be shipped in two days but now it is the 21st and it is still shipping, I will email again and if I don't receive a shipping code or confirmation I will make sure I get a refund.
