Purchased "lifetime subscription" in October 2010, fully paid in advance. The XM sales rep verbally assured that the subscription could be transferred to a new vehicle.

4 vehicle dealer reps gave repeated verbal assurance that our XM radio subscription could be transferred to the new vehicle. XM reps say NO; they will give no explanation and will not refer the issue to a supervisor.
Vehicle dealer rep says he has since been told this is because the lifetime subscription is no longer offered. That should not be MY problem, I should get what I paid for. 2f9e227
