I have now called in 6 times, and have not gotten a single representative in the US.I was told I just have to keep calling in to get someone in the US, but EVERY SINGLE REP was int he Philippines.
So I asked to be transferred to the US, and they all told me they couldn't. SO I asked to speak with a supervisor IMMEDIATELY and each one put me on hold for over 5 minutes. I am on the 4th request and have now been on hold for 10 minutes!!! to speak to a supervisor.
CANCEL YOUR SERVICE!!!!Do not support a company outsources to foreign RUDE reps that don't help you AT ALL!!!! 30ed213
