XM Radio - XM Customer service is HORRIBLE

where do I even begin, last night January 1 I decided to call xm because my husband had just renewed my service with XM yet I had no XM available in my car.oh and yes my car is compatible to XM..its a 2011 camaro.ANYHOW so I call and speak to this rude *** lady operator 1759.She tells me, that I only paid 15 dollars and that was for 2 days of service.
So puzzled, I said so your telling me..15 dollars is what it costs for 2 days of XM..she said yes and began to explain that I had to pay 15 to activate it and that I should be glad that I got 2 days free..by then I was pissed..cause number 1 I paid freakin 20 dollars cause xm kept. Charging me random dollars..ANYWAYS I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor, she then said the supervisor would just tell me the same thing she was saying. So guess what this operator did she repeated her self slower..oh my lord, I told her pause chick you can get mad all you want..and be rude as much as want and mute me while you talk ***, but I want to speak to a *** supervisor...and she then again told me the supervisor couldn't do anything for me and would just repeat every thing she had just stated..AGAIN for the third time I said let me talk to your supervisor, she ignored me and and began rambling off a number for me to call about getting my money back.. then this dumb chick starts telling me to turn my xm radio on and make sure the antenna was where it would be in clear view to the sky..cause she was going to reactivate my account since I paid 20 dollars for 2 days of xm..so I kept it on channel 1 while she read her *** text..asked for her operator number and name.
XM train your people on customer service cause this was absolute ***..I hope quality monitors her on my call and I hope they give her an adverse.
I work customer service for a government agency and I know the process of how your supposed to escalate calls immediately to a supervisor.Anyway bottom line XM radio sucks and their customer service is worse..I hope their call center loses there freakin contract with xm! 30a8672

I agree I called dec 17th and paid 27.44. For 6 mth as a Xmas gift for my friend. And she received a phone call saying Ty for renewing. Then this weekend she received a bill stating that she owed and had till the 17th to pay. She called and ask wth. So I just called back and the girl stated that she was in her promotion until 6/14/2013. I am so frustrated.
