XM Radio - Buy GM get harrased by XM

XM radio mails me something weekly and calls frequently, twice today on my cell number which is on the do not call list.I have told them I do not want XM radio no interest in it but still they call.

I guess the free trial period which I never used gets them around the do not call list requirements but it is not right.

Onstar is almost as bad with that free trial close to expiration the junk mail has started, please do not call.That is what I get for buying a GM product, buy GM get harassed by XM and Onstar. 2f481ac

When you buy the car can't you refuse to have the free trial for XM and Onstar. I have a friend who had both of them with her new car, she kept the XM, because she likes to listen to that when she is on road trips, she let the Onstar go and has never complained about being harassed. Also don't all the new cars come with those products now?
