Bought a Cabrio Clothes washer in August 2012.It does not put in enough water.

In soak cycle only gives a couple of inches in bottom and clothes remain dry. Have had service rep from the store out. They say it is the new govt. conservation design!.

The machine doesn't wash worth a darn/. Wife has to add 2 - 3 2gallon buckets of water to make it do anything or presoak the grandkids clothes in the laundry sink first'. She wants me to hook up a garden hose for her convenience.. Clothes stay half dry through the whole cycle'.

Might work if at least the soak cycle added water?. Called today looking for a design update or something Whirlpool could do so I don't have to throw the machine out".

They told me this problem was designed by the govt and not covered under the warranty..I asked if someone could call me to discuss the problem and was told that no-one would call , because, basically the machine was designed this way - to NOT wash. 384bb8d
