I had gotten a root canal the week before with no problems whatsoever!I went back to get an extraction.
I am SCARED of and almost have panic attacks. I cry everytime I go. Dr. Chaio said to me, after he implanted the needle and I cried out, "why are you crying out, I have other patients.
I can't have you making them nervous!" I had set it up to have the nitrous oxide because of my nerves. They forgot about it, evidently, because when he came back to do the extraction I asked him about it.
He, said to me, "you don't need it", and then went in!!I will never darken the of western dental again! 312b2dc

You can also file a grievance with WD by either phone, mail, email (corporate@westerndental.com) or through WD's website (recommended) as the site will send you a confirmation. Wd will have 30 days to respond to you by mail. If you disagree with their decision, then you can always contact the Ca Dept Of Managed Health Care and file a complaint. The State and Federal Government cant fix it if they dont know what is broken. Www.dmhc.ca.gov / cms.ca.gov
