Two hours later received call from customer service. Offered full refund with no penalty. I no longer bear this company any ill will. Please scrutinize the fine print and discount situation on ANY website as all too often we tend to overlook it and get caught up in these situations.

Was expecting $20 off total at checkout, find out that $20 had already been taken off a tiny arrangement of daisies.Total for a clear jar with a few daisies?

$51 - Contacted customer service, explained I was elderly and felt misled, got one line reply "your order was discounted". No offer of a refund, discount, or even "Im sorry you did not understand the promotion".

Could have and should have saved $20 by using ProFlowers or FTD or some other reputable company with clear and precise discount offers.Also companies that show the picture of the arrangement you have chosen, NOT the best arrangement available.AVOID THESE JERKS, GO WITH THE COMPANIES YOU TRUST!! 38944b8
