I did the introductory offer of $29.99.Then they kept sending me product and I continually sent the product back.

They never inquired to why I was sending back the product. When they do take the money out of your account there is a hold for the $$ and I had a check bounce due to the hold which took 8 days. They never notified me as to when the next payment would be taken out of my account. It was on the billing on the product that I sent back unopened.

WATCH OUT. Customer Service was NO HELP!!

Not notifying someone when money will be deducted from their account.Is not customer service it's a RIP OFF. 2f56a94

The complaints I hear about WEN taking money and they don't notify you or keep taking your money: FIRST: YOU are informed by Wen on your personal site as to when your products will be shipped. If you do NOT want the products or delay your shipping - EMAIL THEM ON THEIR SITE OR CALL THEM! You are NOT charged until your products are shipped (which is by UPS "slow mode". If you monitor your own personal site on WEN you will NOT have any problems! It says approx when it will ship and if you don't want it you cancel the shipment or delay until later. WEN then tells you the EXACT DATE OF YOUR SHIPMENT ON YOUR WEN ACCOUNT SITE AND ALSO BY EMAIL!
REMEMBER: WEN has different formulas for your hair; if one doesn't work or bothers you probably the others will not. Many people need products for dry hair and skin so you order the proper products. Just call and talk to someone. They are very helpful.
Back to shipping:
If you return a box you don't want and they have charged you it is because you are charged when they ship it to you! If you do NOT cancel it BEFOREHAND - yes you will be charged! You can cancel, remove your payment info you gave WEN yourself! You can follow up with an email to them from the WEN SITE AND YOU CAN CALL!
So........those of you who have problems are not doing these things I have mentioned above. Remember - if you "quit" their program you SHOULD HAVE REMOVED YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION!
