I am totally pissed at Wen Hair Products... After taking my $$$ and not sending me the product... They want me to fax and fax and fax proof of payment... which additionally costs me. They said they would send, with no problem. Never recieved. After calling numerous times, their customer service is non-existent and I would avoid dealing with this company at all measures....

Think about this folks...hair follicles need cleaned/washed. How can a product that does NOT lather up clean your hair. If a person doesn't clean their scalp the pores get clogged.
