No choice, had to sign on with Washington Gas.Signed up for their online bill auto-pay...two months later find out it doesn't work and received no notices.
Now they want what they call a "deposit request" (more like "mandatory fee") for delinquency b/c of their jacked up system. F*** them. Called them and politely asked to remove the "request"...nope...can't...bad payment history now. Called again later after next billing cycle -- still getting threats associated with delinquency (all billed gas amounts paid, but not the "request"), more irate this time,...customer service dodge questions, provided non-sense robot responses, no help.
Eventually, customer service resorted to blatant pretending a bad phone connection to force off the phone. This is the type of people with which you will be dealing. 10+ years of using online auto-pay systems (no issues) and have flawless bill payment history.
Avoid this s**tholes at all costs.If you must use these F***ers, be sure to do their jobs for them and their systems because either way, it'll be your fault in the end. 389e1ef
