I had purchased an HP laptop during Black Friday last year and we just got around to opening it up in October. Upon first turning the unit on we discovered lines running vertically through the sc reen. We contacted and sent the unit to HP for repaior since it was still within their one year warrenty period. HP sent the unit back unrepaired saying the unit had been misshandled and the screen was...
I had an ipod touch 4th generation that was experiencing small problems with the on/off button and processor. i thought it would be a simple easy process which turned out to be a nightmare. when i received my ipod back they had broken the home button and never repaired the original issues i had written down on the repair list. i sent it back for the original issues, home button, and slight screen...
sent in an ipod touch for a simple button and processor fix, and was returned broken even more with the same problems not fixed sent it back for those original problems including a small screen issue and when returned the screen had a huge distortion when touched and it fell off completely. after a quick computer scan on the ipod found a virus that was planted in the ipod's hard-drive when it...
I recently called about my daughters ipod headphone port not working; after being on the phone I was told that it would be repaired as also the cracked screen cause it was covered by my plan. After watching for the mailman we got to Ipod back only to be told nothing was done to it. I called and was told nothing was said about the headphone port and the screen was not covered. I will never again...

Next time i plan on buying something i will make sure i go to another store to make sure my stuff will be returned correctly instead of broken. Someone even signed off saying they inspected it maybe...
On 09/26/13 I contacted Warranty Logistics and explained to Dane that my Kindle Fire won't power up and after trying a couple things he assigned me work order #71168271 and told me to expect a return mailing label sent to me so I could ship my Kindle device back for repair. After waiting for the label until 10/02/13 I called back and talked to Sharika (excuse my spelling if the name is not...
I have submitted my Acer laptop to Warranty Logistics since 2/11/13. It was less than 2 years old at the time. PLEASE keep in mind that each and every time I send the computer to these people it takes a minimum of 3 weeks and usually longer. 1 week to get the box to ship the computer, 1 week for it to get back to the “service center” 1 week for them to “diagnose and FIX (ha ha) the problem and 1...
Well my screen was damaged on my ASUS tablet and I sent it in and got it back all within 2 weeks but upon taking it out of the box it was apparent the touch response was non exsistent. So I called and complained eventually reaching a supervisor who assured me it would be repaired by a senior technician and fixed totally. Well long story short I got it back, still the same problem and I noticed...
My son’s Samsung tablet’s screen was damaged on July 10, 2013. I filed a claim with Product assist which is the company I bought a warranty through in February 2013 when purchasing the product at the Walmart store. They emailed me a UPS label on July 10, 2013 with the tracking # 1ZA9V0479051959238. I dropped this package off at my local UPS store on July 12 2013 and it was signed for by...
I sent my computer to be fixed. Before sending I specifically asked for my defective hard drive to be returned. When I sent the computer in, I wrote in two places to have the hard drive returned. They sent my computer back fixed with no original hard drive. 7 days later and several calls later, they now tell me that it was destroyed, eventhough I requested that they send it back. Human error....
