I ordered a new copy of my birth certificate (state of PA) on 12/06/2012.As of 1/22/2013, I still have not received it.
You can check the status of your order on their website. But you can only do this within 45 days of placing your order. Now that more than 45 days have passed, my only way of checking is to call their "customer service" phone number. But I've been on their automated hold for 30+ minutes.
To make matters worse, almost every 30 seconds, I'm forced to listen to their recorded message about how "extremely important my call is to them".
It sure seems like they only have ONE customer service rep, and he/she is on a extended break!This company is definitely scamming the government agencies they're supposedly representing. 2fb39cc
