Victorias Secret - Poor Service

I ordered items online in November, I received them in December, and they sent me wrong sizes (XS instead of L).so I sent them back within a week to which I had to PAY for the shipping even though I already payed $21 shipping for the order to get to me because Im in Canada.

I have sent 3 emails and I have not yet received any communication as to whether I am receiving a refund or new items.

They are pretty expensive for underwear, so it would be nice to get the correct items that you pay for.I loved their products, but I will never order from them online again, and there is no store anywhere close to where I live :'( VERY UNSATISFED 3051711

Number one when we walked in and could not tell who was the staff and the shoppers.and than when I and my wife were trying to get help......
