A formal request with all the proper documentation was submitted and denied even after I showed that my payment of 834.00 on a gross salary of 1816.00 a month is 46% of my income and unaffordable to me with a valid hardship. THEY WANT TO KEEP MY HOME and are unwilling to help me I am at a dead end!!!I tried everything and they just plain out say no who can help me?If someone out there has asolution for please call me to 501-541-3285 Jordana I feel helpless and they do offer appeals nor solutions!!! please call me with help 38a5b9d

they did the same thing to me. instead, i had $40 only extra per month after mortgage, lot rent, and utilities. the customer service *** said that's plenty of money to live on. these people are terrible, and i want everyone to know this company is owned by WARREN BUFFET! you think he cares so much about his poor secretary paying more taxes than him? does he care about poor people? NOPE just give him more money and shut up!@

Get a lawyer that specializes in foreclosures and modifications. I did and it made all the difference with them. When they claimed they "lost" my paperwork once my lawyer filed a complaint with the NC Banking Commission. Suddenly, they found it and I got my modification within 1 week after that. Cost me $1500 for the lawyer but it was worth it!

If I had $1500 for an attorney, I could catch up my mortgage. Im glad you were able to receive relief. I just submitted my loan modification paperwork along with a years worth of pay stubs, that states out of 2300 monthly net, how can I afford $911 mortgage?? and then ask me, if I can't pay my mortgage, then how can I eat??? C'mon.. now I hate harassment!
