USPS - USPS: *** Lazy Workers

Okay so my son has wanted a pair of shoes only available in Japan so I asked my Japanese mother to buy it there and ship it to here in New York for Christmas. Usually we don't have problems with USPS but this time it has gone to a point where I want to go up to the *** workers and tell them how useless they are.
My mother, who is in no way "rich" who also has leg problems, went out of her way to go get my son these shoes and shipped it as soon as possible in express or priority shipping. This was TWO weeks before Christmas. (my mother shipped it so I can wrap early).
IT STILL has not arrived and the date is: 12/28/12 and I have called and contacted the workers and the only response they give us. "Sorry ma'am, there is probably a problem with the delivery."
NO ***! What is this service? When will I ever get my package?

then take ages to deliver packages. I am expecting a package from the U.S. using U.S.P. and the tracking is *** all it says is. Package dispatched to sort facility
and it has said that for 4 days now and it normally takes ages when it get to the facility. LIKE WTF!!!!!
