USPS - No delivery, no return call

Maybe I should have said delivery confirmation number. The USPS Website shows it as a tracking number. Either way, it shows it was accepted in St. Pete and left the Jacksonville post office. Since then there has been no delivery confirmation.

I shipped a package over 3 weeks ago.Tracking shows item dropped off at St.
Pete post office on 1/18 and departed Jacksonville, FL on 1/20. Tracking shows item not delivered yet. I called USPS a ago and was told they would investigate the matter and give me a call. I never heard anything back and the package is still not delivered.
I usually use or UPS to ship my items but since it was a small package I figured USPS could handle it.I guess I was wrong and learned my lesson; stay far away from USPS. 3149888
