Was told if I pay 584.37 today they ( legal dept us cash ad) would not submit the warrant but if I didn't on Monday 1-28-13 a warrant for my arrest would be processed and it would cost me 8000 dollars or more to clear ,when I asked them what it was about , they said they couldn't tell me anything they are the legal dept ( Brian and alex) and I needed to make arrangements or pay the consequences
I again ask them to tell me when they put money in my account and how much on both questions they had no answer. They person I was speaking to sounded Indian and there were several people in the background like it was some kind of call center not a law office 301e8e0

This is a scam. I received some calls like this a few months back, the caller was a male with a thick middle eastern accent and tried to tell me that I owed money on a cash advance which I never even took out and that he was calling from Florida, I live in Ohio and after refusing to give them my address or social security number I told them I was pressing charges, hung up and never heard from them again. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Does anyone have an address for these people I have contacted the FTC and opened a complaint with the US Attorneys office Northern District of Illinois and they are filing charges against them in the state of NY for fraud extortion and harassment

I think that they subcontract to India to collect when its severely late and there is an dor issue preventing them from discussing this in person. Have you showered recently? It can be difficult to remember to do this wheny you are distraught.
