UPS - Poor customer service and stolen package

Gilbert id# Tus8ach and Antoine id#7486 gave extremely poor customer service.My package was stolen and they still delivered an empty package.
Not only was it late but when I called for answers or a solution to this problem all they can say is "I don't know" now i have to come out of pocket $300+ for a replacement. UPS has not reimbursed my shipping fee. FED EX it is from now on!
I spent a whole day contacting them and it was a total waste of my time and they expect me to take this loss.UPS should just let FED EX handle shipping products since they obviously can't handle the pressure. 389309e
