The package was slated for delivery today, and it is an important package, so I stayed home all day and checked the front porch every few to several minutes.At the end of the day the package had not been delivered.

I was not too surprised since their service has never been that good, but at least I thought I would get the package a day late. But when I went to the UPS site with my tracking number, it said the package had been delivered at 4:30, which is simply untrue.

At best, UPS is incompetent and delivered my package to the wrong address.At worst, they are simply lying. 38058da
