they know so well that the apt# is at the 3rd floor...they didnt even bother to call up or scream that there's a delivery.I was just home that day dammit!

I never heard anyone calling out from downstairs! they give tracking info that says by 3 PM the next day but they come around 1pm??? what the ***??? at least with Fed-ex, you have an approximate time to wait for the next day delivery..I am so pissed with UPS...I will NEVER use that ever!
