Shipped golf clubs by UPS in advance for golf vacation.Shipping from Ontario to Florida.
Clubs were held at customs because paperwork was not satisfactory. I filled out customs declaration and all documents requested by UPS. Needless to say no golf clubs put a real damper on a golf vacation. When I got back to Ontario UPS proved to have no customer complaints dept and just keep passing the buck and will not even return the $123.88 I spent to ship the clubs.
I will never try and ship my clubs ahead again and I warn others not to.Needless to say UPS will never see my business again. 389c6b3
