I went to UPS to send a package on Dec 20th.I paid $160.00 for delivery by Dec 24th.
The package was not delivered and my party not contacted. I went to store to ask for refund. They refused and tried to advise me on customs rules as if I am the expert at shipping. You pay these people for their expertise but all they want is to steal your money and pass blame on.
Since these stores are nothing but fronts for UPS, i.e.
not owned or responsible for, they will not be responsible and try not to service you as a customer.I was being blamed for not knowing customs and shipping and still my package has not been delivered. 38bcc7f
