I went there to ship a t-shirt and after i put it in the buble package the guy checking me out asked if it would be ok if the package got there by tuesday and i said that was fine.He then said the total was around $18 just to ship it.

I then told him that i didnt care if it was 2 day shipping and he said thats the slowest they offer and it only said 2 day shipping because thats how long it takes to get to the place i was sending it to (Arkansas), but the guy in front of me rang up 2 day shipping also and he was shipping to New York.

Later after I paid he told me they could have put it through the mail for much cheaper.I will NEVER use UPS again and I hope they go out of business. 389571c

if he told you of a less expensive option while you were at the store, why didn't you ask him to do that instead? voiding a ups package label is not impossible, nor difficult. this sounds more like buyers remorse. grow up sweetie, or grow a pair.

Yes a small shipment like a shirt can be cheaper regular mail but with ground you get tracking and insurance. They offer both. You said ground was fine it's not the employees fault.
