UPS Store - UPS Ground Labels

I went to UPS Store in Towson, MD to send off 4 boxes.I needed to use the companies UPS account# to send them.

The UPS store has a sign on the desk that says "No 3rd Party Billing". It's a UPS account#, that's 3rd party using your account??? Are not customers suppose to be able to send packages from here? They said the would send it if we had Ground Labels on them, but they had no labels and told us to go to a UPS drop box to get them.

We went to 2 drop boxes and neither had Ground shipping labels.Not ever using UPS again!!! 38bc5a2

Most UPS Stores don't carry the waybills for your account.

I went into a McDonald's in Topeka, Kansas with 3 hamburger patties I hand pattied at home and they would not fry them on the grill. I will never go back to Burger King again.

businesses generally don't assist you in NOT spending money with them

it's considered third party if it's not your ups account. ups stores are separate from ups and do not have access to ups account information. they do not carry ground waybills because their business does not use them nor need them. and there is no benefit to using them as any wholesale discount your company receives on shipping does not apply when using a waybill plus there is a $5 fee.
