I paid extra to Amazon.com for two day delivery so my son could have a game he really wanted for Christmas.Along with that game I ordered other presents which were all due to come on Christmas Eve!.

My son knew that his game was coming so he waited by the door all day for UPS'. I checked the status and it stated DELIVERY ATTEMPTED NO ONE TO SIGN ( the package didn't need to be signed for)". I called UPS they said it's a mistake you have 2 packages on the truck now;. At 5:00 UPS delivered one package and the game was not in there,.

My UPS carrier was great and called UPS-the package had been scanned but no one knew where it was,. When I called to complain they hung up on me?.

They lied, my son did got his game and I will never use UPS again,.This is not the first time but it will be the last! 2fd9152

Yes that is exactly what she meant. I tried to write a review similar to that and only the store came up. It's not *** it was not meant to be written about the store. I don't see any reason a person would make that story up. Why take the time? It was obviously meant for UPS customer service and UPS.

Thats exactly what I meant. My ups (of ten years-great guy) took time on Christmas eve to call and look for the package that I was told was on his truck. He only new it was scanned but it never made it on his truck. It upsets me when people check *** when I am 100% telling the truth. So I said ups store instead of ups...it's not bull ***. Why would I waste my time??? I have no reason to write that my son never got his video game. Maybe you have to much time on your hands!

You have too much time on your hands or work for ups. Why else would you write bull ***? I'm sure someone doesn't write a story like that. Just because they had nothing better to do. Maybe you won't feel the same when your package doesn't come and your child waits for it. She meant ups customer service. Think before you check ***!
