Asked for assistance.An employee who appeared to be a or possibly a sitemanager was very arrogant and disrespectful.

His name is Frank and based on his physical appearance could be of Hispanic or Middle Eastern or Indian descent. Frank also spoke with a very and could use some English languageclasses. Do NOT use this location for any reason at all.

Since he chooses to be mean and nasty to customers and refuse any assistance he doesn't deserve tosremain and business.I do NOT recommend this location and will tell everyone I know NOT to support this location. 311d075

I no how nasty ups customer service can be. If I treated people like that I would be fired. I got three bull *** because I wrote store instead of customer service. They hung up on me and I never got my package until Christmas was over. Also when I checked my package status on line it stated they tryed to deliver but I was not home. My son's face was plastered to the window all day.I prefer fed-ex the customer service are friendly and helpful!
