UPS Store - Horrible Customer Service

My husband received the worst customer service ever at UPS Store 1249 in Oldsmar, FL.I actually believe it was the owner of the store that caused the ruckus, and if that’s the case, I’m even more disappointed and quite surprised they’re still in business with service like that.
My husband took a package that needed to be returned and the company who shipped it told us we could drop the package off at any UPS location and they would return it free of charge. Not this UPS store, they were rude, disrespectful and clearly lazy, apparently he wasn’t going to go that extra step if there wasn’t anything in it for him.
What a disappointment!!!I will never use UPS again after this experience. 2facbe7

was the package prelabeled for return shipping? if so there would have been no 'ruckus' involved. it would have been "hi, i have a prelabeled package to drop off" and they would have taken it like they are required to do, and like they probably do 50+ other times a day.
