U haul is a complete rip off.over charged me for gas and a 2nd day I did not use.

DONT USE THEM !!! They are a scam and always overcharge. when i called customer service to complain i was put on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on by a rude representative. This is unbelievable, I will never rent from U haul again.

Next time i will use another rental company that respects their customers.

I am trying to use the 100 word minimum here which is a little annoying.this is just fluff to reach the 100 word minimum it takes just to submitt a complaint on this website. 30306e8

I always love the people who get pissed off because they require 100 words to post a complaint. Any idea why this is? No? Of course you don't know.... You're beyond stoopppid... The 100 word limit is required to insure you provide as much detail about the issue as possible. If you can write an argument in less than 100 words, then you clearly don't have much of one. A well educated person knows what it takes to compose a proper argument and the one you provided lacks detail and organization. To WRITE THEY OVERCHARGED ME RAWAWAWARA RAWRAWRA does absolutely nothing, just shows how you failed at educating yourself. Education is no one else responsibility but your own. It has nothing to do with school, however, seeing how they force you to go to school until you're 18 might as well get something out of it.
