I used Tutor Vista for one month to help me with College Algebra.I was satisfied for the most part with the services except on the last day of my class when I had to get my assignments in there were no tutors available for the entire afternoon and evening.
I ended up getting a D in my course. What was worse was that after my membership ended I got a call from the fraud prevention dept. at my bank saying that this company had tried 5 times to run charges for different amounts through my account that day. The bank gave me a number to call Tutor Vista.
I called the number several times and no one answered. I left messages saying stop taking money from my account and please call me back so I know you got the message. No call. I went on the website to try to cancel my membership (which was only for one month) and was not able to access anyone or take my card information off of my account page.
I will now have to cancel my debit card in order to ensure that they do not try to debit funds again. This is ridiculous! 386e9c8
