I just want to delete all my information including my bank account info! I want to take my taxes and go somewhere else! I've refiled to resolve my PIN problem and clicked "FIX IT" and it checks for errors and proceeds to tell me there are "No errors found" So, I naturally hit the complete button and it says "pending" about 15 minutes later it says both my state and federal tax forms have failed and I need to fix it again. What in the holy *** is going on? This was supposed to be fast and simple. Customer services blows. I've left several questions called 4 times and it hangs up on me after I press "1 to leave a message" It doesn't even let you leave a message. If they charge me I'm going to be royally pissed because they wanna charge me almost 60 bucks! What a terrible company! What a terrible website! What terrible customer service! They really shouldn't advertise on television or online at all and I don't recommend this *** to anyone!
