Ordered a lift kit never got any paperwork !!Got wrong parts and called then to return and get correct parts, and you can NOT get this man to call you back for anything !!!!

He will send you an email sometime when he feels like it !! And then he wants you to pay more and pay to ship the wrong parts back !! Who sent the wrong parts NOT me !!! Then he tells you you will be refunded when Sky Jacker refunds him but the parts are going to cost you another approximately $200.00 because they are out of the kit !!

If you sent the correct stuff to begin with !!!!I have ever seen anything like this in my life !!!!!! 2f6e46b

This customer had his Dad order a lift kit ONLINE. HE ORDERED IT WRONG! AND THEN HE INSTALLED HALF OF IT BEFORE HE KNEW HIS DAD ORDERED THE WRONG ONE! Now we are trying to correct HIS DAD's mistake. It costs more money to get THE CORRECT kit! How is taht our fault. We have sent out MULTIPLE emails to this customer and have contacted the manufacturer many times to try to help him, but he will never be happy unless we eat the cost of his DAD's error! The manufacturer is still trying to help, but the extra parts he needed to begin with cost more money....if they had ordered the right one to begin with the price would have been $200.00 more, so we are not ovewrcharging them! They made the error. ALL OUR PHONECALLS ARE RECORDED...WE CAN POST ANY OR ALL OF THEM TO ANYONE'S EMAIL THAT WANTS TO HEAR THEM SO THEY CAN SEE WHAT REALLY WENT ON WITH THIS CUSTOMER!

WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO HELP ANYONE WHO HAS A PROBLEM OF US SENDING OUT THE WRONG ITEMS, I HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WITH RESPECT, UNDERSTAND THEIR IS ALWAYS GOING TO BE ERROR AS WE ARE ALL HUMANS, BUT THE ATITUDE GOES ALONG WAY WITH THE STAFF AT TRUCKADDONS,
