I ordered a $256.00 part for my truck on DEC. 6th!. I called about a tracking number Dec'. 11th since i had not received on yet;. They had then told me that the part that was supposed to be available was not available until the end of Feb;. I asked to get a refund,. The representative said that they had not charged me so there is no need and if they found another company or similar model they would call me back or email me to see if I was interested/. At the time I thought that was customer service?.
I never heard back so I ordered another product thinking they didn't find one,. So happy I didn't get charged...
Well a month+ later I get a $256.00 charge and an email that my order has been shipped.
At when I get home later that day I now have two parts of the exact same type with no shipping information.
I called to let them know and they want me to pay for the return shipping on one of them and after waiting on hold for 20+ min they will pay for the second one.
I then get to talk to Randy Foley Returns Manager 18003888637 ext 1837
He assumes I'm scamming him and tells me everything he gets to deal with on a daily basis. Using profanity and then he actually sends me the recorded voice call where I get to hear in my own words that I would like to get a refund and the representative says they can't since they didn't charge me.
I didn't know that at that time I was getting scammed in the wording of our conversation that I didn't use cancel the order, don't bill me after a month, I don't want the product. Instead I said I want a refund which doesn't translate his his ears to I didn't want the product but rather we will charge you whenever it gets here.
I have bought other items from this company and I will never again and no one in my office that is my four wheel driving friends and facebook people I share with will buy from them either. 306bbce
