I went into the Southwick Massachusetts store and I went to the and '' was very rude.I asked her several questions about a product and she just froze up and kept shurgging.
She did offer to find someone else to help me. How is this helpful? Did they not educate her on the products? Or was she simply not listening when they were teaching her.
Also when I walked in the door I mentioned to her that I needed a shopping cart and there weren't any. She looked at me, did her 'shrug' and smile and then never got a cart for me, nor did she ask someone to get me one.
The person at the cash register represents your store...so you wold think they would hire someone that will actually speak to you, rather then mumbeling and shrugging.What a good representation of and todays younger generation society! 312388b
