We bought our kid a Fast Lane radio-controlled car for his birthday.We gave him this present only on the day of his birthday - about two weeks after we purchased the car.

He immediately opened the box that day, and we put the battery in. He tried to play with it, but it won't work. We have brought this toy car back to the store - and the store clerk didn't accept it because the box was open.

We asked if we can get a store credit for that, but he said- no, if you opened a radio-controlled toy - it cannot be returned.This is ridiculous - they sell defective cars and won't accept it back. 304e655
