I have had $16.99 taken out of my checking account every month since December, 2011.I have tried to call to cancel it, but I've been put on hold several times for as long as an hour.

I want my $16.99 refunded for January and February, 2013 and I do Not want ONE MORE CENT taken from my account. Capish? I will contact my bank if necessary, or the Attorney General if it comes to that.

I really hate getting ripped off.I have fulfilled my *** "contract" and no longer care to participate in anything having to do with your company. 30344c7

You can also contact your credit card company and challenge the charges. They will work on your behalf, too.

What are you waiting for? Why are you wasting time posting this nonsense online when you could better spend that time at your bank putting a block on these charges and initiate a reversal of prior charges? Bring your paperwork, make copies of all email messages and anything else pertinent and get to your bank. Remember, posting here is "nice", as it alerts others to what's happening with you, but it does *absolutely nothing* to get you your money back nor resolve your issue! Turn off the computer and head over to the bank.
