Tires Plus - tires plus browndeer

I went to plus to get a on my car.The alignment was done and the sales guy who sold me the alignment was Jason.

Now he talked me in to getting a alignment instead of a standard one jason told me that anytime my car goes out of alignment. I could bring it back and they would align my car for free. I went back to plus 4 times and everytime I go there.

They say they are to busy to do a alignment on my car.I feel that I was lied to and I could have took my business somewhere else
I would like a full refund and I will just go some where else and pay for a.lifetime alignment
