I am reviewing all the comments on this forum and I am absolutely lost for words.How is it that a company can continue to provide a distasteful service that serves as an attack on people that have receive some sort of infraction.

This is ethically wrong on all levels. Each comment I have reviewed has one thing that is certain. Ticket Clinic never showed up for an appearance in court. I am extremely upset that I allowed this company to represent my case for the simple fact that I had paid a tremendous amount for a ski vacation and unfortunately it would have cost more to cancel and reschedule my trip vs.

Well, what I thought to be a great remedy to my scheduling conflict was to have Ticket Clinic represent a very simple case which involved absolutely zero effort and negotiation. I had a ticket for “No proof of insurance” which was not physically in my possession at the time, however I had the appropriate coverage at the time the officer stopped me. In addition, I was given a citation for “Driving without knowledge of a suspended license” which also involved zero effort to handle what so ever!.

I had great confidence that each of these citations would be dismissed due to compliance". I was even told by the officer that stopped me in these exact words, “APPEAR IN COURT AND YOUR CASE WILL BE DISMISSED”…No worries because I paid ticket clinic $100..00 a couple of days before my trip to represent me in my absence.. I provided Ticket Clinic with all the documentation to have both citations dismissed|. What I later find out is that I am slapped with a “Failure to appear in court on both citations” totaling over $400!.00 in fees'.

WTF!! I have explained, explained, argued, pleaded, and I am being given the ole fashion run around town you dumb f^*k you just got taken speech from all the Ticket Clinic Reps in the Miami, FL location..

I would greatly appreciate any assistance from anyone who has experienced this distasteful service offered by a pack of vultures whose objective is to take shots at folks that are trying to get back into good standing with the law. 30f5d07
