HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Do not waste your $ with this company.

They never show when it snows more than the 2 , even though that is what the min requirement is. Their equipment seems to always be down and we are told that is why they did not show.

When we call the provided hotline number, a generic message is played stating they are keeping an eye on the forecast.This is the biggest waste of $, and I will NOT be referring this company to anyone, and have told my neighbors to stay clear of this business!My suggestion is to stay clear of this company! 3868b56

As a past driver for the snow guys, I can tell you they do NOT own a fleet of trucks. They contract all their plowing out to independent owner operators. I have seen several comments that, when asked why customers didn't get the paid for service, have been told "their" equipment is down. Based on the great promises of "next day pay" in their ads, owner operators sign up but find they are lucky to get paid "next year"
Drivers simply quite and that is why customers don't get service.
