I purchased a wooden nightstand and a chest.Some of the the wood was chipping off of my nightstand and a man came to fix it, weeks went by and I had the same problem with my nightstand, but this time I called the store and someone at the roomstore told me that they are Bankrupt and the man gave me a 1-800 number.

I have called the 1-800 number a couple of times and no response and I haven't had this furniture for a year,yet. I AM EXTREMELY PISSED THE *** OFF..

I WASTED MY *** MONEY.Now what can I do about my situation. 2f61ad8

I'm glad the SOBs are no longer in business. I brought some bedroom furniture and I'm now having issues with the drawers breaking. The other sad issue is that the credit card is useless and Capital One acquired the accounts and they are just as shady as the Roomstore.

same here; had a protection plan purchased with my living room set and found recently they are not reachable anymore. I am planning to contact the court were they filed bankruptcy to file a claim to refund the money collected for PROtection plan. Any body has any idea if this will work? any past experience?
