Telebrands - Order Never Received; Customer Service lies for refunds and reshippment

I order 6 Instabulbs (3 of 2 set) and the order never arrived.The company ordered via UPS, but the shipment got transferred over to USPS and the package did not arrive.
Why the transfer happened, I will never know. But the package was missing after two-months long investigation. We were promised reshipment three times, and refunds four times. They never arrived and every time I called they promised that they will get it right.
Six months later, I have nothing.
The receipt I see online says they sent reshipment and $15 gift card.This was not something they promised and I never received it anyway. 30f0e25
