After waiting for one month to receive my phone, I was allotted 68 minutes per month with option to purchase more minutes, text.After purchasing minutes, text, the phone stopped working.I contacted customer service for a replacement phone.
They immediately turned off my existing phone and had to wait another month for replacement. After receiving replacement I added minutes, text. The phone said payment was received, but no text was added!. Contacted customer service again, they said they had no record of me purchasing minutes, text and requested copy of bank statement/.
Needless to say, I NEVER received time, text payed for and lost money on phone because text was disabled on phone I received even though through the Tag Mobile site, my payment was accepted with no mention of text being disabled on phone". This happened 3 times.. So lost money all 3 times,. With Customer service being a joke, I was put on hold 3 times per call, and switched to someone else each time and ended up not getting answers, and was told the fax of bank statement was never received so I lost money again/.
As soon as I am able I will go to Strait Talk, this Tag Mobile phone is a joke/.
They took my money and claimed to have no record of my purchase of more minutes, text and they don't tell you the text is disabled on the phone they send you, but still take the payment for it:.Worst service ever! 3864c44
