Swift Transportation - They Treat their owner operators like dirt

My Husband Drives is an owner operator and they leave him sit for days telling him there are no loads, This is a team, when you can go onto a load board and see how many loads are out there and ready for someone to haul, when I got sick they would not let him come home, They do not care about Their Drivers, company or owner operators.They sit in their offices and get their pay and let the drivers sit and worry how they are going to pay their bills.

or how they are going to get insurance to pay for their familys medical bills.

I can state how bad this company is, Never Drive for this company at all.Never Drive or do business with this company. 2f624d4

whoever thinks swift didnt leave the team to sit,or thinks they had to wait for a medical problem is an ***. it happens alot.if it has happened to you yet,you are lucky.stick around though,it will...eventually. :grin

why stick around when they can not keep their drivers running and they leave them sitting for two weeks and you go so far in the hole that you can not see day light. We no longer drive for swift and it was the best thing we could have done.

Never TRUST anyone at Swift, play them against each other. Its the only way you can get anything done.
