I recently experienced a terrible moment with super shuttle van service.
Upon my arrival at the LAX Airport, I discovered that my reservation had not been confirmed with any driver!. Trying to find the shuttle representative, he appeared and told me the company hasn’t booked my route so they didn’t have an available van service for me'.
Scared, worried, and unable to get a ride on any van I decided to ask for help with the police/. While I was coming to the super shuttle location, the shuttle representative suddenly called my route name?. Surprisingly, the driver of the van I had to take was the same one who told me I didn’t have any reservation,.
Because I wanted to go home I decided to take the van and stop complaining but what I didn’t know was that the angry driver who opposed to take me before will give us (other customers and my self) such a rude treatment during the trip to home/. He was complaining in a different language and when he asked us for our destination at the same moment we wanted to reply he replied aloud “Never mind…I’ll take you…you don’t know/.”
This has been the worst treatment I’ve experienced in my whole life.. Not only the service but also the employees were really horrendous!
