This is a complaint made against Doug Valdez, Real Estate Broker, at Summit Realty Group Inc, which also goes by the name of YouWin Realty. We found him to be very forceful in his approach. When we requested to be let out of the buyer/broker agreement, he refused to provide us with the proper documents. We will have to go to Wyoming Association of Realtors to make our complaint. ...
