There service is spotty (high speed internet of theirs is a joke), plus their prices are obscenely high.I've been paying their cable bill (at service provided to a property which I legally own) via a credit card of which I am the only authorized user.
When I requested cancellation of my service at this property, they refused, saying I wasn't an authorized user on my own cable account.If I recall, I was able add services (thereby increasing the amount of money I spend on this company) with little or no concern on their part regarding authorized users?!?! 3871d24

Their frequent service outages for TV and 'net is shocking. It's literally every day in my location. When you call them or chat with them, it's insulting. "Did you try restarting your modem?" Yeah, dumbasses! I did that for the first 500 times your *** f^%$king service dropped, then I realized it was YOU, not me or my equipment.
SuddenSucks is a case study in how NOT to run a broadband service company. They should literally be in every business and customer service textbook as an example of how *** people and poor attitude can wreck a company and cause so much anguish for customers.
If I had to summarize my experience with SuddenSucks it would be "PATHETIC". Just PATHETIC.
